– From the time I reached out to Jarrod and Misa for an estimate to the time I was scheduled for a roof replacement, the turnaround was no more than 48 hours. My initial phone call was returned within 24 hours, and they were on site the next morning for an estimate. During the initial inspection for the estimate, they were thorough and listened to all my questions and concerns, which included determining whether or not insulation was in one part of my roof. I could not believe they were able to schedule me for only two weeks out. Unfortunately rain was in the forecast and pushed back the date, but Jarrod was in constant contact with me about their plans to move forward based on the forecast. When a window made moving forward with the work possible, a crew of 10 was able to complete the work efficiently over the course of a long work day.
